Capable of accommodating up to 9 (10 upon confirmation) guests in 5 elegantly-appointed cabins, MAVERICK offers a flexible charter layout great for families consisting of 3 VIP double cabins with king beds, one of which has a very small Pullman intended for a baby (1.2m/ 4ft long). There is also another guest cabin with 2 single beds and a Pullman (only for 1 small child).

   Cactus, chayote, green apple, baby spinach, walnut

  Dinner

  Smoked carrot, goat curd, sourced heritage tomatoes, granola

  Kurobuta pork belly, charred cauliflower, sour orange, yucca

  Mango parfait, white chocolate, raspberry, macadamia brittle

Day 2 -    Lunch

Organic chicken katzu, flatbreads, red cabbage, coconut

Chilled Asian teriyaki noodles, sesame, coriander
